The Great Tennessee Valley Rubber Duck Race, which benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley, takes place annually. Every year, individuals can purchase a rubber duck with a number placed on the bottom. It is a overwhelming sight to see the ducks as they are released onto the Tennessee River Saturday August 20th, 2011. The Grand Prize is $10,000 Cash.
Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace Realtors® will de-tag the ducks from another race, in preparation of the August 20th race. CBWW real estate agents are invited to help with this process. August 11th, join other CBWW real estate agents in the Gene Monday Gym, from 9:00 am until 11:30 am. The Gene Monday Gym is on 240 East Baxter Avenue behind the Caswell B&G Club.
