Coming up, the agents will be learning more about working with buyers and how to help them come to a decision, we will have a blogging expert speak to us about social media, blogs, and the internet, and an expert on home pests such as termites will bring information about what buyers, sellers, and agents can do to help make treatment, repair, and closings smoother. Finally, there will be a session on helping sellers who may be upside-down in their home equity. In the next few weeks, CBWW Farragut will be training on the use of video and Coldwell Banker’s YouTube Channel, “On Location” (http://www.youtube.com/coldwellbanker).

Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, Realtors believes in keeping agents on the top of their game, by offering training for both new and experienced agents. For more information, contact Claudia Stallings, 865-966-1111 or email cstallings@cbww.com.

Kelly Fuller, Tammy Barding, Patti Ettien, Larry Thompson, Nick Alvaro, Karen Cooke Franqui and Tammi Bell.

Fuller is a lifelong Farragut resident and is working as an associate of dori pavlovsky, “The House Lady.” Barding brings 13 years of real estate experience to CBWW, lives in west Knoxville, and is a native of Kingston, TN. Ettien has more than 30 years of accounting under her belt, and has moved frequently so she knows personally the needs of buyers and sellers. Thompson has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, which he will use to help sellers market their home and to help buyers get the best deal possible. Alvaro has several years of real estate experience, and believes that fast responses to client emails, text messages and phone calls is critical to proper customer service. Cooke Franqui is originally from Dublin, Ireland, and has a degree in interior design, which allows her to beautifully stage a home to sell.
